Mendocino Farms, the California-born fast-casual concept celebrated for its sandwiches, salads, and warm hospitality, continued its Arizona expansion with the opening of its third Arizona location on September 1 in the Arcadia neighborhood (4325 E Indian School Road Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85018). Following the strong debuts of its Valley restaurants in Gainey Ranch and North Scottsdale, the new Arcadia location marks another milestone in the brand’s growth across the Valley, joining notable neighbors like Doughbird, Hash Kitchen, and CAVA to bring its signature “Eat Happy” experience to one of the area’s premier dining hubs.
The new Arcadia location is designed as a vibrant neighborhood gathering place where guests can stop in for a quick midday break, meet friends for an easy dinner, or coordinate catering for office meetings and celebrations nearby. The restaurant showcases Mendocino Farms’ signature approach to elevated fast-casual dining, featuring chef-driven sandwiches and salads built on hyper-fresh, peak-season ingredients and served with the brand’s hallmark hospitality in a bright, welcoming setting.
Guests are invited to celebrate the opening by signing up for an E-Club Account and selecting Arcadia as their favorite location to receive a free entrée with any purchase on Grand Opening day. As part of the program, guests will also receive surprise-and-delight rewards, exclusive menu sneak peeks, and special offers throughout the year.
The opening will also kick off the brand’s ongoing giveback program, with the first three months offering 50% back on all in-store fundraiser events for local schools and organizations through the end of the year, helping the community raise funds while bringing people together.
Mendocino Farms offers a welcoming, kid-friendly atmosphere complete with a dedicated kids’ menu featuring approachable favorites like Crispy Chicken Tenders and Grilled Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich made with the same high-quality ingredients, making it an easy choice for parents and a hit with younger guests.

The menu features a vibrant mix of fresh, seasonal specialties and fan-favorite classics, with Arcadia guests getting the exclusive first look and taste of several exciting new offerings. Debuting first at the new location, guests can enjoy the Fajita Steak Salad loaded with fajita steak, roasted peppers and onions, charred jalapeños, roasted corn, black beans, jicama, cherry tomatoes, avocado, pepita crunch, cilantro, kale, and romaine tossed in Jalapeño Ranch and served with chipotle salsa. Its handheld counterpart, the Fajita Steak Wrap, wraps those same bold ingredients in an artisanal tortilla. Also premiering is The Seasonal GOAT with Pink Lady Apples, a chef-driven twist on one of their beloved signature salads that constantly evolves to spotlight peak-season fruits and produce. This autumn iteration pairs tender chicken with marinated goat cheese, crisp Pink Lady apples, dried cranberries, honey-roasted almonds, shaved fennel, pickled red onions, fresh mint, and a nutrient-dense blend of romaine, kale, and mixed greens, all tossed with Farmhouse Vinaigrette and a drizzle of hot citrus honey.
These new additions join beloved staple items, such as the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich, a guest favorite layered with shaved, roasted chicken, Mendo’s signature krispies (a crunchy, herby topping made from a mixture of buttermilk, polenta, parmesan cheese, and herbs), mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, pickled red onions, and herb aioli on toasted ciabatta with a side of golden BBQ sauce or mustard remoulade; The Farm Club, Mendo’s elevated take on the traditional turkey club with applewood smoked bacon and avocado; and the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada, a wholesome salad packed with fresh greens, ancient grains, and housemade vinaigrette.
