In Good Spirits Hospitality, a Phoenix-based restaurant group that operates award-winning dining concepts, is opening a new fast-casual eatery called Minnow in Arcadia at 4501 N 32nd St.

The In Good Spirits Hospitality team, known for their award-winning valley concepts, Citizen Public House, The Gladly, and Beginner’s Luck, have officially announced their newest venture: Minnow, according to a press release. This vibrant, fast-casual concept will offer a morning matcha + coffee bar alongside sushi & craft cocktails, creating a one-of-a-kind neighborhood dining destination. Minnow is expected to open in early 2025, although an exact opening date has not yet been announced.

In Good Spirits Hospitality is led by restaurateur Bernie Kantak, who has established himself as a well-known chef for his comforting New American cuisine. Minnow will move into the former home of Seedhouse, which closed last month after a 14-month run at the corner of 32nd Street and Campbell Avenue. Before Seedhouse, this was the previous home of Provision for several years. Now, In Good Spirits Hospitality will open Minnow in the space.

“Minnow is designed to be the go-to spot for Phoenix to grab, go or gather — no matter the time of day,” according to the company’s announcement. “With a focus on creating meaningful connections through bold food and drink, Minnow brings together dynamic talent from the local hospitality scene to deliver a community concept that is both approachable and innovative.”
