A Japanese restaurant called Moto Moto is coming soon to downtown Phoenix. Located at 15 E. Monroe St., Moto Moto will take shape in a 3,205 square-foot space on the ground floor of the Hilton Garden Inn.
Moto Moto is brought to us by Eddie Chow, who also owns Nanaya Japanese Kitchen near Arcadia. Chow tells What Now Phoenix that Moto Moto will differ slightly from Nanaya in terms of its menu and beverage service, but will still serve Japanese fare and a full bar.
Given that much of Chow’s plans are still in development, we were unable to gather more details. That said, he did say that he is planning to debut Moto Moto by May. The restaurant will become part of a decent dining and drinking scene in the area.
Sharing a building with Floor 13 Rooftop Bar, Moto Moto also joins Valley Bar, Cornish Pasty, Zen Thai Bistro, Centrico, Melinda’s Alley and more in that corridor of downtown. Stay tuned for more information if and when it is obtained.
