The west side of the Valley is about to get fresh. Nékter Juice Bar is opening several new stores throughout the area, including a location at 1709 N. Dysart Road in Avondale. This location should be ready to open this coming fall.
In Q1 2022, Nékter Juice Bar signed 18 franchise agreements to open more than 30 locations throughout the nation. One of these deals went to Damon and Patrice Hollins, who are going to open three new stores through the end of 2024, starting with Avondale.
Damon Hollins is a former MLB outfielder who, in his major league debut with the Atlanta Braves, recorded a hit against Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Brian Anderson in 1998. He is now the first base coach for the Kansas City Royals.
“It all started with my husband’s career in the MLB,” Patrice tells What Now Phoenix. “Because of that, we’ve always eaten healthy and have been juicing for years. Now, we’re excited to share our passion for healthy living with the West Side.”
“What we love about Nékter is that everything is so fresh, it’s as if we are sharing our own home kitchen with the community,” she adds. Everything at Nékter Juice Bar is fresh and made with real ingredients; their ingredient transparency is what makes Nékter leaders in the healthy juice and smoothie industry.
When it comes to recommendations, Patrice says that her family can’t get enough of the handcrafted açaí and dragon fruit bowls. Personally, she is a fan of the Elderberry smoothie and all of their wellness shots. She believes that these items will be a hit with customers when they open around October.
In addition to Avondale, the Hollins have already sought out a second location in Surprise. Stay tuned and check out www.nekterjuicebar.com for more information.
