The company’s fifth location is set to open in the CityScape shopping center at the corner of Central Avenue and Jefferson Street, next to CityScape Residences, according to Red Development. OBON Sushi Bar Ramen is expected to open in the first half of 2025, offering various sushi, ramen, and cocktails.

OBON Sushi Bar Ramen is a brand developed and founded by Blueprints Capital, a private equity firm that serves as the financial backbone and operations of the brand. Blueprints Capital has provided funding for two successful concepts: Casa Asada, a Sonoran taqueria, and OBON Sushi Bar Ramen. The firm’s founder, Andre Joffroy, has also capitalized on real estate developments focused on lifestyle community centers and co-founded Earlybird, an asset management company with diversified investments across multiple asset classes, including a proven track record in strategic mineral exploration projects.
