Local breakfast favorite Over Easy is kicking off the new year with continued expansion across the Valley.

The award-winning concept announced today the opening timeline for three new locations in 2025, building on the success of its Peoria, Tempe, and Queen Creek openings last year, according to a press release. Over Easy’s upcoming locations opening include Goodyear at Civic Square, North Phoenix at I-17 & Dove Valley, and Buckeye at I-10 & Verrado. The Goodyear location is set to open in the middle of the first quarter of 2025, while the other two will open later this year.

“We are incredibly excited to continue our growth and bring the Over Easy experience to even more communities across the Valley in 2025,” Ryan Field, co-owner of Over Easy, said in a press release. “Opening our Goodyear location to kick off the year is especially exciting for us—it’s a vibrant, growing community, and we’re thrilled to be part of it. After the success we saw in 2024, we’re eager to keep that momentum going and share the unique, high-energy dining experience our guests have come to love.”

By the end of 2025, Over Easy will be on track to 19 operating storefronts across Arizona. The Over Easy team will hire dozens of employees at each location for full-time and part-time positions ranging from hosts and servers to managers and cooks. Among praise from critics, Over Easy has been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Best Thing I Ever Ate, and Travel Channel’s – Food Paradise. Over Easy starts every day with sunshine, energy, and delicious food you can’t help but share and enjoy.
