Salad and Go is opening two new stores in the West Valley this year. Goodyear will get its very first Salad and Go location at 125 N. Estrella Parkway, then Peoria will follow with its second location at 8220 W. Thunderbird Road

Representatives for Salad and Go did not yet have an exact opening date for either store, but said that Goodyear is scheduled to open this spring and Peoria will open this summer. Suffice to say that both are on track to open as planned; we even recently came across a sign permit for the Peoria location in public records.

As many of you may know, Salad and Go is an excellent choice to get fresh and healthy food when you’re on the go. The drive-thru chain offers nine salad options, which can all be ordered as wraps and topped with chicken or tofu. They also have breakfast wraps, chili, fresh lemonades, and organic teas.

Salad and Go was co-founded in 2013 by Roushan Christofellis, who most recently founded Angie’s Lobster alongside her husband, Tony. Today, Salad and Go boasts over 40 locations throughout Arizona and Texas. For more information, visit www.saladandgo.com.
