Taco Bell is Planning a New Queen Creek Location

Plans for a 2,240 square-foot Taco Bell with a drive-through service window have been filed

Taco Bell, the Mexican fast food restaurant, is planning a new Queen Creek location.

Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC filed plans with the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona for a new project called, “Taco Bell Queen Creek”.

According to the filing, “the project proposes to develop a 1.15-acre parcel for construction of an approximately 2,240 square-foot Taco Bell with a drive-through service window. Site improvements include a drive-through lane with stacking for up to eight (8) vehicles, a by-pass lane, a trash enclosure, and associated improvements to landscaping, access, and parking. The building will include interior seating and surface parking for seventeen (19) vehicles is provided including one (1) ADA spots at the project site.” A completion date has not been announced.

Established in 1966, Luihn VantEdge Partners is a North Carolina-based franchisee of Yum Brands. It operates nearly 200 Taco Bell locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, and Arizona. The company employs more than 5,000 Taco Bell team members, and places emphasis on promoting team members to management roles through structured training programs.

Taco Bell was founded in 1962 by Glen Bell in California. A part of the Yum Brands family, it has thousands of locations globally and a loyal fan base attracted by its value-driven mix of classic tacos and burritos and new creations such as nacho fries and “flamin’ hot grilled cheese burritos.
