An interim permit for a beer and wine store was recently issued to a new business called L & S Ranch Market. This new mini retail market will be at 2750 W. Indian School Road in the space formerly known as West Valley Market, which has been closed for some time according to Google.
Representatives for the new business confirmed that they will open by the end of this year. Based on the source of this information, we can obviously expect alcohol to be on sale, but one might guess there will be a number of conveniences available as well.
