The Autobox is expanding in the Scottsdale Airpark with a second luxury garage condominium development at 14805 N. 73rd St. Developer David Peterson, owner of Brick Street Development LLC, plans more than 30,000 square feet of garage and clubhouse space, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
The development will include 15 units ranging from approximately 1,400 to 3,700 square feet. Each will have a clear ceiling height of 22 feet to accommodate vehicle lifts, along with windows, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Buyers will also have the option to add bathrooms and mezzanines.
A separate, approximately 1,400-square-foot clubhouse will give owners space to gather and host events.
The garages follow a condominium ownership model. Buyers receive individual deeds and can customize their garages.
The Phoenix Business Journal reported that demolition of the existing building was scheduled for the week of August 24, with completion of the development anticipated in the second quarter of 2027.
The new property will join The Autobox Scottsdale Airpark North at 15032 N. 74th St. Completed in 2020, that location offers garages ranging from 840 to 1,500 square feet.
