According to a recent permit filing, Blasphemy Barbeque aims to debut in Laurelhurst at 4400 NE Glisan Street.

Blasphemy Barbeque’s planned days of operation will be Thursday through Sunday. Thursday and Friday will be open from 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM with no seasonal variation. This will also include outdoor operating hours with food and alcohol service options.

Blasphemy Barbeque’s liquor license was filed under Good Apple Collective LLC. Bizapedia states that two people are behind the LLC: Jennifer Danielle Nickolaus and Christopher Michael Whaley.

Jennifer is also listed on Blasphemy’s liquor license filing. Bizapedia states that Jennifer is behind multiple other LLCs in Oregon as well. Christopher is listed for multiple LLCs in varying different states on Bizapedia.

For the property itself, according to Motovo, the property was built in 1926. The property is marked as not for sale and is stated to be on a 5,800-square-foot lot. Google lists multiple businesses at the address, including Flying Tortoise Kung Fu and Flying Tortoise Food Carts.
