Brave Neighbor Coffeehouse and Social Will Soon Take the Leap

According to a recent permit filing, Brave Neighbor Coffeehouse and Social will soon debut in the Boise area at 750 N Fremont Street.

Behind Brave Neighbor is Edward Powers. The planned days of operation will be every day from 7 AM to 8 PM, which also applies to the outdoor space. Food and alcohol options will be available.

Brave Neighbor will also have a live music option. The planned schedule will be Friday and Saturday from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Edward Powers is also a part of The Ansel Group and Brave Neighbor Think, LLC. The Ansel Group’s website describes Edward as “A Marine Corps combat veteran and commander, Edward brings a proven approach to identify and address obstacles that prevent clients from achieving their full potential.”

According to Yelp, Spin Laundry Lounge has the same address and is not currently marked as closed. Loop Net states the property boasts 4,860 square feet of space. Spin Laundry’s website states that “Spin Laundry Lounge has two eco-focused laundromat locations that feature the most energy-efficient washers and dryers and sustainable laundry products and services.”
