Beaverton Central Parking Garage is adding South Asian ice cream shop, Kulfi, to its growing line-up of tenants, according to a resolution from the Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA). Kulfi will move into a 1,008 square-foot space in the ground-floor commercial area of the parking garage.
Beaverton Central Parking Garage is a seven-story parking garage with commercial space on the ground floor. Owned by BURA, a city agency devoted to revitalizing downtown Beaverton, has been actively filling its 6,700 square-foot commercial space with tenants. What Now Portland previously reported on a Vietnamese-European bakery called Lumiere opening in the parking garage.
The upcoming ice cream shop does not have an opening date as of yet. What Now Portland has reached out to Kulfi for more information.
