According to a recent permit filing, Kabob City Grill will soon open in Vancouver, located at 316 SE 123rd Ave D1.

“We’re planning to open our doors soon, but we have yet to finalize a date,” a representative of Kabob City Grill told What Now Portland.

“We’re going to serve many variations of Mediterranean food including kebabs, BBQ and so much more. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and cozy, perfect for casual family/friends gatherings, formal meetings, dates, or even for those who want to dine by themselves.”

According to Loop Net, the property was originally built in 1990. The approximate amount of leasable square footage is 6,200 square feet, with the location also having easy access to multiple transportation options.

For kabobs, while the exact composition may vary from one region to another, a few key elements remain consistent: pieces of meat or seafood, an array of fresh vegetables, and a marinade. Lamb, beef, or chicken often share the skewer with bell peppers, tomatoes, and red onions.

Seafood lovers can relish kabobs featuring shrimp, swordfish, or even pieces of octopus. To top off the kabob is a marinade – typically a concoction of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and a medley of herbs and spices.
