Coffee, brunch and cocktails are on the menu for a new concept coming to an office building near the Burnside Bridge.
A liquor license application for a new restaurant called La Factoria at 22 NE 2nd Avenue was recently submitted. This is set to be a spot with brunch and dinner options. According to the business’ social media, the owner is currently hiring for positions including lead cook and bartenders.
In the Instagram post, it’s revealed there will be martinis and margaritas served alongside the coffee. Inside, there will be seating for 110, with outdoor seating for about a dozen. Live music is planned on the weekends, and hours of operation are being assessed.
“Portland’s newest coffee, brunch, dinner & cocktail destination!” Says the description on their Facebook page.
La Factoria will be housed in the building with Yokohama Skyline Eatery. This is off of Burnside Street just south of Interstate 84. The building was recently developed, and the status of construction is not known as of now.
Owner Jorge Padilla was not available when What Now Portland reached out for comment. For more information on La Factoria, visit their Instagram @lafactoriapdx.
