A new restaurant coming to the neighborhood is being kept relatively under wraps.

A project listed as Tasty Fusion Restaurant is planned for 8330 SE Foster Road sometime this year. The owners applied for a limited on-premises liquor license. Co-owner Ishwari Dahal told What Now Portland there is no opening date yet.

Ishwari and Saroj Subedi are listed as the owners of the project, who are applying under a company named KTM Food Mart Inc. Not much is known about this company, but it was recently registered in November. The business has no website indicating the kinds of food sold.

The new spot will be going in at the intersection of SE Foster Road and SE Ellis Street, next to Hing Ming Restaurant. K-Town Korean BBQ Restaurant is across the street. This neighborhood of Portland is a mix of residential and commercial.

In the application, the inside has room for eight to sit, and there is “other seating” for six. Listed hours are everyday 7 a.m.-11 a.m., but that may change in the future. Video lottery machines will be allowed.

What Now Portland has reached out to the owners and is awaiting further comment.
