Paul’s Restaurant Has Big Plans For Vancouver

According to a recent permit filing, Paul’s Restaurant has filed for a change of ownership in Vancouver at 1800 Broadway Street.

A representative of Paul’s Restaurant was unable to provide additional information at this time upon What Now Portland’s request.

While information is currently limited on what this will mean for Paul’s Restaurant, according to the permit filing, the assumption was filed under Tipsy Piggy INC. Paul Rosenbluh and Monique King are listed on the permit and the incorporation.

Paul’s Restaurant’s website states, “Are you visiting a loved one in Vancouver, WA? Make it a habit to drop by a locally renowned breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant like Paul’s Restaurant.”

“We have been serving homemade meals to locals and visitors alike for 40 years. We are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner.”
