According to a recent permit filing, Pho 4 Seasons has filed for a location in Vancouver at 13023 NE Highway 99 Suite 9.
A representative of Pho 4 Seasons was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and information on Pho 4 Seasons are currently limited, Pho 4 Seasons was filed under Pho 4 Seasons LLC according to the permit. The permit is for a beer and wine rest permission.
Washington Company Search states the LLC was incorporated on February 13th. Sandra Luu and Thai Nguyen are listed on the LLC and permit filing for Pho 4 Seasons.
Pho 4 Seasons will be a part of the Salmon Creek Plaza. According to Yelp, Pho 4 Seasons will replace what was previously home to Carousel Cleaners.
According to CE John’s property listing, the plaza was completely renovated in 2001. “Currently incorporating over 100,000 square feet of leasable space, Salmon Creek Plaza is home to such anchor tenants as ACE Hardware, Safeway, US Bank, Chase, Subway, and Round Table Pizza.”
