A family owned pho restaurant and cafe is coming ashore soon.

The owners of Queen House Nails in Seaside have been working on their new restaurant Phoholic & Cafe at 507 S Roosevelt Drive, #6715. Originally, the restaurant was going to open this summer. Now, co-owner Aaron Luu is hoping to have it open to the public by mid-September.

This is taking the place of the former Beach Burrito restaurant. In July, the business was undergoing health inspections. The inside looks to be nearly complete with seating, tiles and lighting.

For the menu, it will feature rice dishes, egg rolls and salad rolls alongside the pho dishes. There will also be options for coffee like matcha lattes and Vietnamese coffee, with desserts like the Oreo crunch croffle.

The restaurant will be going in next to Subway, and Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza is also in the plaza. A grand opening date will be announced in the near future.
