The owners of the bagel spot have plans to get their very own address next year.
From Bridgetown Bites, Pipsqueak Bagels is opening a location at 3844 SE Gladstone Street in Southeast Portland. The staff currently sell bagels online and have a winter residency at Puff Coffee. The exact month for the spring 2026 opening has not yet been determined.
Pipsqueak Bagels offers different kinds of bagels, paired with sandwiches like the Italian Stallion decked with salami. Owner Madilyn Gibbons and company have also been involved in local events like the Milwaukie Farmers Market. They join Puff Coffee, 2816 SE Stark Street, every Saturday to serve fresh bagels and sandwiches.
When asked what she hopes the outcomes are from the new brick and mortar location, Gibbons said “community building and bringing traditionally made bagels to Portland.” The business launched in 2024, and has since become a farmers market favorite for locals.
Their brick and mortar will be at the former Flower Bloom space, sharing a building with PDX Ramen & Whiskey. The building is at the corner of SE Gladstone Street and Cesar E Chavez Boulevard, across the Street from Carlos Birrieria Cesar Chavez Mexican restaurant.
