A liquor license application has been filed for a new Slabtown concept, Lucille, located in The Carson apartment building on 2141 NW Savier St.

The liquor license application is filed under Nicholas Gusikoff, one of the co-owners of the recently closed Richmond Bar.

According to the application, Lucille will be an evening spot, opening all days of the week from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. The space that Lucille is set to move into currently houses the wine bar Manzanita NW. Under Lucille, the space will seat 44 people indoors with a 20-seat outdoor space.

Gusikoff and co-owner Nate Tilden closed The Richmond Bar in November 2025 and sold the business to Daniel Casto, owner of Double Dragon. What Now Portland previously reported that Casto is revamping The Richmond Bar’s old space and turning it into a yet-to-be-named cocktail bar.

Lucille doesn’t have an opening date as of yet. What Now Portland has reached out to Gusikoff for more information.
