A representative of Tai Chin Restaurant was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what Tai Chin plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Tai Chin Restaurant was filed under Tai Chin LLC.
Washington Company Search states that Tai Chin LLC was incorporated on February 15th, 2024. Listed on the business and permit filing is Andrew Luu.
When it comes to the property itself, according to Office Space, Tai Chin Restaurant’s location would be a part of Fisher’s Mercantile. The total building size is stated to be approximately 5,300 square feet.
Office Space describes the property as a “Popular Fisher’s Landing area retail center. Nearby retailers include Fred Meyer, New Season’s Market, Walgreens, and Shari’s. Spaces include a restaurant, office & general retail.”
