While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, nestled within the confines of a repurposed London double-decker bus, Tov Coffee is considered a hidden gem that has been captivating coffee enthusiasts since its inception in 2015.

While the café provides classic espresso options, it takes pride in being a rare purveyor of cezve prepared Turkish coffee. Going beyond the ordinary, Tov introduces its patrons to Ottoman delights like Sahlep, a unique flour-based beverage, and Karkedeh, a refreshing hibiscus iced tea.

Exploring the realm of spices and flavors, the café offers intriguing creations such as mochas infused with wine and chai blends with hints of rose, coconut creamer, and apple cider. These distinctive flavor combinations have led to the canning and distribution of Tov’s popular cold brew “Mint Thing” with oak milk, available across the city at multiple locations.

Partnering with renowned Vivace Roasters from Seattle, Tov adheres to the traditions of specialty coffee preparation. The result? A well-crafted espresso and an even more exquisite Turkish coffee experience. Turkish coffee, in particular, stands out with its restrained sweetness and floral spiciness. Each beverage is thoughtfully paired with a small dessert like lokum, aligning with Islamic customs and traditions, according to an article from Coffee Geek.
