West Coast Diner Aims to Debut Soon In Arbor Lodge

According to a recent permit filing, West Coast Diner aims to debut in Arbor Lodge at 3107 N Lombard Street.

West Coast Diner’s planned days of operations will be every day from 8 AM to 3 PM. There will be no seasonal variation.

West Coast Diner was filed under J Chen LLC. Listed to be behind the liquor license for West Coast Diner and the LLC is Jimmy Chen.

Google states that West Coast Diner will be taking over the former Bandini Pizza and Pasta location. Yelp has marked Bandini as permanently closed.

According to Crexi, the property was built in 1927 and is marked as a retail/commercial location. The property boasts 4,089 square feet of space. Coldwell Banker confirms this information while adding “The restaurant and bar areas have already been tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patrons.”
