According to a recent permit filing, Sool will soon open its doors in Vancouver at 512 NE 81st Street STE J.

A representative of Sool was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Sool plans to provide have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing and Washington Company Search, Sool will come from Sool USA WA LLC.

Sool USA WA LLC was incorporated this year on January 17th. Yeon Sang Jung is listed on the business file with Washington Company Search and the permit filing. According to Washington Company Search, this is the only business that Yeon is listed as a registered agent.

When researching the property, according to Visit Vancouver Washington’s website, the address was formerly known as Kokonut Island Grill. According to their website, Kokonut currently has two locations in Utah, with no Washington state location listed.

Visit Vancouver describes Kokonut Island Grill as “Made with Aloha! Make an escape to the islands and build your custom plate of Hawaiian favorites like crispy chicken katsu with spicy mayo, or smoked kalua pork paired with savory macaroni salad.”
