The Sacramento County health department inspector ordered the temporary closure of the establishment. This was due to a major violation observed at the bubble tea store. In the health report, inspectors document the unavailability of hot water at the facility.

In the report, the manager states that two days before the inspection, the facility had been without hot water. At the time of the inspection, the water heater was undergoing repair. The facility continued to operate without hot water.
