The City of Woodland’s website indicates a Chipotle on E. Main Street has been approved.

The project, located at 1460 E. Main St, is a new construction project with a Chipotle restaurant and a secondary food tenant, potentially a Pizza Hut, right next door. According to the City of Woodland, Chipotle will occupy “the 2,500 square foot west side of the building” whereas the secondary tenant will fill the east side of the building. The total building size is 4,000 square feet.

Chipotle is also proposing “a mobile order drive-up window that will be screened from Main Street with landscaping and a half wall,” according to information disclosed by the city. The Chipotle restaurant will also have patio seating. Site plans are developed by Orangevale-based Ottolini & Associates.

The site address is nestled among several major retailers and restaurant brands, including Ross Dress for Less, Sprouts Farmers Market, Black Bear Diner, Sonic, and a Days Inn. No project timeline was available and the upcoming location is not yet listed on Chipotle’s website.
