Redding Public Market is a new attraction in downtown Redding that is currently under development. It is confirmed that an ice cream brand called 32 Below is joining the establishment. The ice cream parlor is anticipated to open in the summer of 2024.

32 Below is founded and operated by north Redding-based entrepreneur Jacob Dill. A few years ago, Dill established a plant shop called Plant Daddy Co in Sacramento. The brand later expanded to multiple locations until closing down operations due to the pandemic. Years later, Dill is back with another creative concept.

32 Below is a traditional ice cream parlor with all the classic flavors but with a modern twist. The brand is known for freshly made waffle cones. The little shop in North Redding has gained much love since its opening. In addition to ice creams by the scoops with customizable toppings, 32 Below also carries various milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, and specialty ice creams such as the classic banana split.
