A liquor license is pending for a proposed Lamppost Pizza location at 717 Del Paso Blvd in Natomas. The pizza eatery will fill the former BeanHeads Coffee space at Suite 200.

The license was submitted by local franchisee Sukhjit Kaur under the name of Sona Enterprise, Inc. The license asks for on-site beer and wine consumption. What Now Sacramento reached out to Kaur for more information but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.

According to leasing materials, the space is approximately 2,015 square feet, with a 1,575-square-foot cafe, an outdoor patio, and a 440-square-foot warehouse with rollup doors that can potentially be used for catering, storage, or private dining. The other business in the building is the packaging supply retailer Bag King.

Founded in 1976, Lamppost Pizza currently has 17 locations in California and Nevada, including three in the Sacramento region in Sacramento and Elk Grove. The chain is best known for its create-your-own-pizza options, which allow diners to choose different toppings and crust types, as well as a handful of specialty pizzas. The menu also includes a variety of appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, and beers on tap.
