UPDATE: Tech-Shots is now open.

A new simulated shooting range using cutting-edge laser technology is coming to Greater Sacramento. Tech-Shots, a laser shooting range, is set to open at the beginning of 2024 in Elk Grove, CA, at 3443 Laguna Blvd, Ste 140.

The technology used by Tech-Shots is manufactured by top-tier engineers in Texas and boasts an impressive 0.3 millimeter accuracy. Players can choose from simulated rifles, shotguns, or pistols, each with unique functions and configurations. In addition to the laser-shooting ground, Tech-Shots will also have a full kitchen and a well-stocked bar, making it the perfect place for corporate events and friendly gatherings.

“Laser-simulated shooting removes many inherent risks from traditional shooting, like hearing damage caused by the firing noise, eye injuries, wrist and shoulder burden, etc. I want to provide a shooting experience without these health concerns,” Cuauhtemoc Montes De Oca, Owner, told What Now Sacramento over the phone.

The business also plans to expand in the next few years and build more locations across North California. Meanwhile, Tech-Shots is also a distribution partner for laser-shooting technology and can help any shooting enthusiasts set up their home training ground. “I treat shooting as a sport. For me, it is fun. And I would love to let more people have that fun experience safely,” said De Oca.
