Not so long ago, we shared the exciting news about new Dutch Bros locations entering Greater Sacramento. A few months later, it seems like Dutch Bros is in the works to open a second store inside Stone Creek Village Retail Center in Rancho Cordova. The new store is located at 10866 Bear Hollow Drive and is anticipated to open around fall or winter 2024.
The Stone Creek Village Dutch Bros will feature a 950-square-foot kiosk and a dual drive-thru. A new outdoor patio area and additional site improvement are also in the scope. The leasing agent for the space is Matt Goldstein of Gallelli Real Estate. Goldstein indicated that the space was leased out earlier this year, and the business is likely to open during the third or fourth quarter of 2024.
Unlike the Rocklin location, which is owned by local franchisee Heather Mauel, the Stone Creek Village location will be corporate-owned but locally-managed. There is currently one other Dutch Bros location in Rancho Cordova at 4005 Sunrise Blvd., approximately 3 1/2 miles away from the planned Stone Creek Village kiosk.
