An Oakland-based specialty coffee company appears to be brewing up something new in Roseville.

Blue Bottle Coffee has submitted plans for a 222-square-foot kiosk at 1151 Galleria Blvd in the Westfield Galleria at Roseville, according to the Sacramento Business Journal.

“We’re excited to be preparing to open a Blue Bottle Coffee location at Westfield Galleria at Roseville,” Blue Bottle said in a statement emailed to What Now Sacramento. “We look forward to sharing additional details as we get closer to opening.”

While details are scarce for now, the kiosk will likely offer the same upscale coffee drinks, pastries, beans, and brewing equipment fans enjoy at the company’s other Westfield locations in Los Angeles and Santa Clara.

Popular menu items range from beverages like the caffè latte, matcha, and hot chocolate to pastries and light bites such as croissants, banana bread, and overnight oats.

Founded in the early 2000s, Blue Bottle today operates more than 100 locations in North America and Asia, including a roasting facility in West Sacramento that opened in 2019. The company’s coffee can also be found in local grocery stores.

Keep an eye out for updates as plans for Blue Bottle Roseville kiosk continue to take shape.
