A new burger joint will soon open inside an established Rocklin diner.

Burger Bros is setting up shop inside Hot Off the Griddle at 4800 Granite Dr, Suite 1B in the Sierra Meadows Plaza, with owners Jason Dass and Sean Jimenez running the burger joint once the breakfast crowd clears out.

The duo already operates three Hot Off the Griddle locations in South Natomas, Rocklin, and Orangevale. The Natomas site doubles as a Burger Bros, and the Rocklin restaurant will follow the same model—serving breakfast and brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., then flipping burgers from 5 to 9:30 p.m.

Not to be confused with the unrelated Burger Bros that recently opened in downtown Winters, the Rocklin restaurant will serve “Sacramento-style Oklahoma burgers,” ranging from single and double patties to triples and the jaw-stretching 4×4 burgers (that’s quadruple meat and cheese).

The menu also features family packs, chicken sandwiches, and loaded sides like jalapeño poppers and “monster fries,” topped with cheese and smothered in various sauces.

Burger Bros Rocklin is set to debut in September, operating Monday through Saturday. For a taste of what’s to come, visit the Natomas location, open Monday through Thursday.
