A sweet new addition is coming to Folsom’s Palladio at Broadstone.

Dumont Creamery & Cafe, an India-based dessert and coffee franchise, will soon open its second California location at 230 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1227.

Brothers Vivek and Bhaskar Inampudi founded Dumont in Hyderabad, India, in 1999 to honor their father and celebrate their Indian heritage. The menu marries traditional Indian sweets with classic American ice cream flavors, alongside handcrafted bubble teas, specialty coffees, and fresh pastries.

Dumont opened its first U.S. franchise in Texas in 2023 and has quickly grown to 13 locations across Texas, South Carolina, Arkansas, Georgia, Ohio, and San Jose, California. The Folsom outpost will offer a rotating lineup of Indian-inspired ice-cream flavors, gourmet milkshakes, and boba tea, according to a social media post from Palladio.

“☕️ Whether you’re looking for a quick treat or prefer to relax in the café atmosphere—savoring coffee and pastries alongside delightful frozen desserts—there’s something for everyone to enjoy!” the post reads.

While an official opening date has not yet been announced, the Sacramento Business Journal reports that the shop is slated to open sometime in the summer of 2026. What Now Sacramento has reached out to the Dumont Creamery & Cafe team and will provide updates as they become available.
