In addition to Mendocino Farm, The Village in Elk Grove has confirmed another tenant that will be joining in mid-2025 once the development is completed. NuYo Frozen Yogurt has leased a space in the upcoming development at the corner of Elk Grove and Big Horn boulevards.

The new Elk Grove location is operated by local franchisee Andrew Puccioni, who also operates the NuYo location in West Roseville. Puccioni said the location could open as early as mid-2025, although the actual opening timeframe may fluctuate depending on when the space is delivered and built out.

“It’s a great location with a great anchor tenant, so I think that site is really going to be a good spot for us,” Puccioni said.

Founded in 2008 by Mackenzie Harder, the California-based frozen yogurt chain now has five locations across the state. The chain serves a rotating 10 to 16 flavors of frozen yogurt and shaved ice with 50+ customizable toppings.
