A Hawthorne-based restaurant chain is expanding in Sacramento.
Eureka! Restaurants is preparing to open its second regional location at The Boulevard in the city’s Campus Commons neighborhood, a company representative confirmed. The new restaurant will be located in The Boulevard’s west building at 2070 Fair Oaks Blvd, Suite 100.
Founded in 2009, Eureka! has grown to 29 locations across California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, and Washington. The chain entered the local market in 2019 with its Roseville outpost.
The upcoming eatery will span approximately 3,500 square feet and include a 100-seat dining room, plus a full upscale bar with a whiskey club. An additional 1,500-square-foot patio will bring the total seating capacity to 180.
On the menu, diners can expect elevated takes on American comfort classics—burgers, sandwiches, salads, and shareable bites—paired with craft beer and cocktails from the bar.
“We focus on small batch crafts—an incredible whiskey selection, tequila from Mexico, local craft beers, very innovative craft cocktails—utilizing some of the best purveyors in the U.S. and the world,” the representative told What Now Sacramento.
Construction is scheduled to begin by January, with the restaurant projected to debut in the summer of 2026.
Once open, Eureka! will become The Boulevard’s first full-service eatery, joining tenants such as Urban Plates, The Melt, Philz Coffee, and Cold Stone Creamery at the 31,000-square-foot retail center.
