Last week, luxury coffee brand Haute Coffee announced the address of its upcoming Roseville café, slated to open later this month. Now, the brand has revealed where it will open in Elk Grove.
According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the Florida-based coffeeshop will take over the former Cricket Wireless space at 8145 Elk Grove Blvd, Suite 20, with a projected opening in the summer of 2026. A yet-to-be-announced Sacramento site and a mobile “Haute Truck” are also in development.
In a Facebook post addressing the expansion, founder Saada Najjar offered some insight into what guests can expect from the Roseville café.
“Hi Roseville neighbors!” he wrote. “We’re so excited to share that Haute Coffee is coming soon to 4000 Foothills Blvd! We have a very unique menu centered around clean, high-quality ingredients, single origin coffee roasts that are sun-dried with no pesticides, and premium organic ceremonial matcha that we absolutely love and can’t wait for you to try. We can’t wait to meet you all soon ☕✨.
The Elk Grove café is expected to follow suit, featuring artisan espresso drinks, ceremonial-grade matcha, and specialty chai. Menu items will likely include Pistachio and Vanilla Rose lattes, traditional and specialty matcha, and a variety of Yemeni and Ethiopian single-origin coffee roasts. The company is also actively seeking to source fresh, high-quality pastries and desserts from local bakers throughout Northern California.
Local entrepreneur Karim Zahriya, Najjar’s friend, will operate both the Elk Grove and Roseville cafés, ensuring consistency and quality across the brand’s Sacramento-area sites. Hiring is officially underway for cashiers, baristas, and café support staff.
While a specific date has yet to be announced, an update from the Elk Grove Laguna News Instagram page says that the Elk Grove café is expected to debut in roughly three months. What Now Sacramento has reached out to the Haute Coffee team and will share updates as they become available.
