Jack’s Urban Eats is adding yet another pin to its Sacramento-area map.

The fast-casual sandwich and salad chain is preparing to open a new outpost in the Delta Shores shopping mall at 8148 Delta Shores Circle South, according to a recently filed alcohol license with the city. The company’s website confirms that the location is “coming soon.”

The upcoming Delta Shores debut comes amid a busy expansion period for Jack’s. The Sacramento-founded brand has already announced two additional locations in the pipeline: one at the Whitney Ranch Retail Center in Rocklin and another at the Carmichael Village Shopping Center, the latter of which is slated to open this month. An opening timeline for the Rocklin location has not yet been shared.

Founded in Sacramento in 1998, Jack’s is celebrated for its approachable, farm-fresh comfort food. The company currently operates 11 locations across the region, including outposts in Natomas, Davis, Elk Grove, Folsom, Midtown Sacramento, and a recently renovated Granite Bay restaurant.

Corporate Manager Jeremy Goebel told What Now Sacramento that the Delta Shores location will offer Jack’s full food and beverage menu for dine-in and takeout, along with online ordering for pickup and delivery through the company’s website.

The menu features options such as handcrafted tri-tip, artisan sandwiches, customizable salads, and fully loaded fries, with favorites like the Jack’s Classic, BBQ Tri-Tip, and Urban Fries topped with spices, blue cheese, and chili oil.

Goebel said the Delta Shores restaurant is on track to open in the summer of 2026. A standout feature of the space will be a “big, beautiful” year-round patio, complete with heaters for cooler days and fans to keep guests comfortable during warmer weather.

“We are very excited for this project,” said Goebel. “Whether customers are going to the movies or doing some shopping, we think Jack’s will be a great dining option for this center.”
