A local fast-casual chain could be expanding to West Sacramento’s highly anticipated Club Pheasant redevelopment.
Jack’s Urban Eats has reportedly agreed to lease space at the forthcoming multi-concept dining campus at 2525 Jefferson Blvd, according to an earlier report from KCRA. Founded in Sacramento in 1998, Jack’s has grown to nearly a dozen locations across the region, with another coming soon to Carmichael Village.
The menu features build-your-own salads, bowls, and plates alongside hearty handheld sandwiches stuffed with tri-tip, chicken, and turkey. Fan-favorite sides include the famed Urban Fries: fresh-cut potatoes doused in blue cheese dressing, chili flakes, a drizzle of chili oil, and a sprinkle of parsley.
The Club Pheasant project, led by brothers Henry and Simon de vere White of Irish Hospitality group, is shaping up to feature several buzzworthy concepts, potentially including OBO’ Italian Table & Bar and Temple Coffee Roasters, along with a forthcoming drinking destination called Club Pheasant Bar.
Jack’s representatives could not immediately be reached for comment, so stay tuned for an official address and opening date.
