A Saudi Arabia-based dessert franchise is coming to Citrus Heights.

Juice Time, known internationally as Aseer Time, will soon debut in the Sunrise MarketPlace at 7887 Madison Ave, Suite C, confirmed Kathilynn Carpenter, the center’s executive director.

Founded in Kuwait in 2011, Juice Time has blossomed into a global franchise with more than 470 locations across the Middle East. In the U.S., the brand already operates nearly 10 locations.

The menu features fresh fruit juices, five-layer smoothies, crepes, knafeh, soft serve, pancakes, and a dizzying selection of chocolate Dubai-style desserts, including bars, marshmallows, strawberries, milkshakes, and more.

The Citrus Heights location will be operated by local franchisee Iyad Ali Nour, who plans to launch Juice Time in late 2025. Once it opens, the shop will join a variety of upcoming eateries at the Sunrise MarketPlace, including Must Be Cow, Pinkberry, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Sweet Music Studio Cafe.
