A popular Northern California brunch and breakfast spot is coming to Auburn.

Mario’s Early Toast is opening its fifth location at 10130 Woodbridge Drive in the Holiday Market Shopping Center, near Combie Road and Highway 49. The popular Sacramento‑area chain currently has spots in Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, and El Dorado Hills.

Founded by Mario Astorga, Mario’s is known for its creative breakfast and brunch dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, along with more than 25 mimosa flavors.

The menu satisfies every brunch craving, from Belgian waffles, French toast, and omelets loaded with meats and veggies to breakfast burritos and savory skillets. For lunch, guests can enjoy burgers, sandwiches, street tacos, and hearty salads, all served any time of day.

In a recent Facebook post, Mario shared his excitement about the Auburn expansion:

We’re so excited! For everyone asking in the comments and DMs, we see you and we are just as thrilled. Our new Mario’s Early Toast is coming to the corner of Combee Road and Highway 49 at the Holiday Market Shopping Center, and we’re on track to open by the end of February. Can’t wait to serve all our friends in Grass Valley, Auburn, Lake of the Pines, and the Dark Horse area. What’s the first thing you’re planning to try?
