Mendocino Farms, a fast-casual chain based in Los Angeles has signed a lease to join The Davis Collection on Russel Blvd that’s being developed around the existing 13,210 square foot Trader Joe’s building, joining a few other reclaimed chains including The Melt and Urban Plates, as well as local business tenants to add more options to food options in the new project.

The company opened its first store in 2005 as a family-operated business in Los Angeles and has since been expanding into other markets. Currently, Mendocino Farms has four other locations in the Greater Sacramento area, including Folsom, Land Park, Midtown, and Roseville, which opened in March 2023.
Led by CEO Kevin Miles and Chief Development Officer Reid Tussing, Mendocino Farms focuses on its iconic Eat Happy concept where customers can come and go or sit and hang around. The brand provides dine-in, takeout, and catering options with an extensive regular menu and seasonal chef’s specialty items.
The Davis Collection location is anticipated to open soon once site construction is completed, which will be somewhere around mid-2025.
