Mexico Lindo Space to Become New Brunch Restaurant

Maio's Early Toast is taking its massive mimosa list and classic brunch options to El Dorado Hills next year.

Mario’s Early Toast is taking over the former Mexico Lindo space in El Dorado Hills at 3375 Bass Lake Road. The new location is anticipated to open in the first week of January, 2025. This news was first seen in the Sacramento Business Journal.

The company is currently working through some cosmetic improvements and is applying for its beer and wine license. The El Dorado Hills location will have similar offers as the chain’s other locations and will operate to around 3 p.m., offering breakfast and brunch.

“We chose this location beauce it is a great location for an upscale breakfast concept like ours. Located in a family oriented community, surrounded by new developments and housing. The way we think and the way we approach new locations is to establish ourselves as a part of the community so that everyone feels welcome,” Amanda Cone, CEO of Mario’s Early Toast, told What Now Sacramento in an email.

The famous Placer County brunch chain Maio’s Early Toast currently has four locations in the Greater Sacramento area, including Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville, and Granite Bay. The chain offers various classic breakfast combos, omelets, avocado toasts, skillets, specialty crepes, and an extensive mimosa menu.

“The number one thing that people can expect from Mario’s Early toast will always be our motto, ‘Love People.’ Showing love and respect to our community and staff is something that we like to pride ourselves in. Quality food is something that our concepted is founded on. We are a from scratch restaurant. We offer almost any breakfast dish that you can think of with our incredibly extensive menu,” said Cone.
