Just last week, What Now Sacramento reported that MOD Pizza would soon open at Folsom Ranch’s upcoming Alder Creek Marketplace. Now, the fast-casual pizza chain has announced further expansion in the region.
Exceed Group, a franchise partner of MOD Pizza, will open the new eatery at 720 Twelve Bridges Drive in Lincoln, joining the company’s 12 existing MOD Pizza locations in the region. Exceed will also oversee the Folsom Ranch location, continuing its community-focused growth across the Sacramento area, confirmed a company representative.
MOD Pizza is known for its customizable, individually sized pizzas, made to order in just a few minutes. Guests can choose from a variety of crusts, sauces, cheeses, and toppings, including classics like pepperoni and mushrooms, or unique options like roasted cauliflower and vegan cheese.
Beyond pizza, the menu features Cheesy Garlic Bread, Italian Chop Salad, and the chain’s signature dessert, No Name Cake, described as a “chocolate cake with a rich vanilla buttercream center, covered with chocolaty glaze.”
