A popular pizza franchise is expanding to West Roseville.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza is opening a new location at 1780 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Suite 100 in West Roseville Marketplace, a new Safeway-anchored shopping center.

Founded in 1978 in Palo Alto, California, Mountain Mike’s is known for its crispy, curly pepperonis, “Mountain-sized” pizzas, and housemade dough. The franchise operates more than 300 locations across the western United States, including dozens in the Sacramento area.
First-time franchisee Malwinder Singh told What Now Sacramento that the 1,990-square-foot restaurant will serve 16 varieties of the brand’s signature family-style pies, with options ranging from pepperoni and pineapple chicken luau to vegetarian spicy Himalayan and barbecue ranch. The menu also features wings, salads, sandwiches, sides, and desserts.
Mountain Mike’s is slated to open in late May or early June 2025. Once it debuts, it will join other upcoming eateries at West Roseville Marketplace, including Donuts & Coffey and Pho Madame Vietnamese.
