After years of no franchising, Dutch Bros Coffee is finally on the move again. The new franchise location in Rocklin will take over the former Del Taco space at 4610 Sierra College Blvd in the Rocklin Station retail center, anticipated to open by the end of 2023.

Managed by local franchisee Heather Mauel, the new location will feature indoor and outdoor dining seatings and Dutch Bros’ iconic drive-through window. With the new location being nearly twice as large as other Dutch Bros locations, locals can expect a much more immersive experience compared to most other locations.

Currently the franchisee of Dutch Bros Gold Country, Mauel is a seasoned franchise operator with a proven record in the food and beverage industry. Mauel is also planning on opening up two additional locations. The first one is most likely to be at the Whitney Ranch Development in Rocklin, anticipated to open in early 2024. The other will be at 237 Lincoln Blvd. in Lincoln, anticipated to open in mid-2024.

By the time of this coverage, Mauel didn’t respond to What Now Sacramento‘s request for commentary.
