A popular California bagel brand is expanding to Rocklin.
According to the Sacramento Business Journal, Noah’s New York Bagels will soon move into Suite 101 at Rocklin Crossings retail center (5400 Crossings Dr), taking over the space formerly occupied by Fire Wings.
The brand was founded in 1989 by Noah Alper, who dreamed of bringing the bagels of his native New York to his adopted Berkeley neighborhood. That East Coast-inspired vision has since grown into a statewide favorite.
Now owned by Bagel Brands—the parent company of Bruegger’s Bagels, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Manhattan Bagel—Noah’s operates 56 locations throughout California, including four in the Sacramento area.
The menu features a wide range of bagel creations, from classic schmear-covered rounds to hearty breakfast sandwiches, deli-style lunch sandwiches, bagel dogs, bagel pizzas, and sweet treats, along with plenty of coffee and tea.
A representative for Noah’s New York Bagels told What Now Sacramento that an opening date for the Rocklin Crossings location has not yet been set, but she expects to have a clearer timeline within the next month or so.
