A Bay Area Mediterranean restaurant and hookah lounge has set its sights on Roseville.
Pasha Mediterranean recently filed a fictitious business name statement with Placer County for a new location at 390 North Sunrise Ave. The eatery is expected to occupy the 8,449-square-foot building that was most recently home to Junior Restaurant.
While owner Serkan Bikim confirmed the news with What Now Sacramento, he noted that he’s not quite ready to share specifics. “We’re very excited about the expansion,” he wrote in an email. “At this time, we’re still in the planning and development phase and will be sharing more details about the concept, menu, and opening timeline closer to launch.”
Founded in 2018, Pasha Mediterranean currently operates two locations: one in Redwood City and another in San Francisco. The concept blends a contemporary Mediterranean dining experience with a full-service hookah lounge, creating a lively, late-night-friendly atmosphere.
On the menu, guests can expect familiar Mediterranean favorites like hummus and falafel, alongside heartier offerings such as beef kebabs and lamb chops. Both existing locations also feature a full bar with house cocktails and an extensive selection of hookah flavors.
On its website, Pasha describes itself as a “modern, trendy Mediterranean eatery and hookah lounge with a full bar,” inviting guests to enjoy “good food, a good drink, and good hookah all in one place.”
What Now Sacramento will share more details—including the Roseville location’s opening timeline—as soon as they become available. Stay tuned for updates.
