It looks like a local Vietnamese-style eatery is expanding to Rancho Cordova.

Pho Tasty is planning to open a new location at 2738 Sunrise Blvd, Suite 4, according to a recently filed license with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The restaurant currently operates at least three locations in Davis, Artesia, and Auburn.

Founded by Sacramento local Allison Lo, Pho Tasty is known for its generous variety of pho, including Rare Steak, Fresh Chicken Strips, Beef Meatballs, Seafood, and Tofu & Broccoli options. Vegetarian broth is also available on request.

Beyond pho, the menu includes spring and egg rolls, bánh mì sandwiches, vermicelli noodle and rice dishes, smoothies, tea, boba, and desserts like the Black Sea Jelly Dessert (Chè Sương Sáo) and Tri-Color Dessert (Chè Ba Mầu).

Pho Tasty is just one of Lo’s culinary ventures; she also owns Granite Bay’s Asian Blossom, a Chinese restaurant offering an expansive menu that includes vegetarian and vegan options, as well as pho.

An official opening date for the upcoming Pho Tasty location has not yet been announced, and Lo could not be reached for comment at the time of publication. Keep an eye out for official updates as Pho Tasty makes its way to Rancho Cordova.
