We previously reported Pier 50 Sushi is taking over the vacant Mikuni space in Arden Fair. It appears the operator Sylbi Song will open another location inside Folsom’s Palladio at 410 Palladio Pkwy #1601. The Palladio location is anticipated this Fall. The location is listed as coming soon on Palladio’s website.

Pier 50 Sushi is Fukumi Restaurant Group brand. The group operates multiple Japanese restaurant concepts in the Sacramento area, including Fukumi Ramen in Roseville and Citrus Heights, Fukumi Chaya in Folsom, and an all-you-can-eat sushi concept ITS SUSHI in Roseville.

“Pier 50 will have more exclusive menu items and more premium options will be offered, such as all-you-can-eat sashimi,” Song told What Now Sacramento. The Palladio location will be the brand’s second Sacramento area location.

Palladio recently confirmed a handful of new tenants. In addition to Pier 50, Dave & Buster’s, Shake Shack, Tru Bowl Superfood Bar, and a retailer called Box Lunch will also join the development later this year.
